We currently operate in Noosaville, Noosa Heads and Tewantin. If you are further afield, we can discuss pricing options to factor in travel to your location.

Children (and parents who are getting in the water too) should be ready in their swimwear for when the teacher arrives, have goggles and a towel – all other equipment is provided. For Babies and Toddlers Swim & Sing, suitable swim nappies are also required if they are not toilet trained.

Yes, lessons still run in the Winter months from May – Sept for our Kids Learn to Swim program. Unless your pool is heated, our Babies and Toddlers Swim & Sing program only runs in the warmer months from Oct-April due to pool temperatures. For our younger kids (Level 5-7), we will assess pool temperatures on a case-by-case basis during the Winter months.

Yes, all of our lessons require a carer present for the duration of the class. For our Babies and Toddlers Swim & Sing program, all carers are required to enter the water and participate while the lesson takes place. For our Kids Learn to Swim program, carers are required to sit (or stand) on poolside while the teacher and child has their lesson. If there are group lessons (3 or 4) in level 5 , we require a parent or carer in the water to help. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more info.

If your child fears the water, there is usually a good reason why. At Manta Swim School, we grow positive relationships with your little ones to ensure they are developing at their own pace and feel confident in their environment. No prior experience is necessary, as children can learn to swim at any age. If your child hasn’t had a swimming lesson before we encourage them to start as soon as possible.

No, there are no additional charges when you join. Just the cost of the lessons – that’s it!

If you have friends or neighbours who would like to join in a lesson with your swimmer, we can arrange a semi-private as long as they are of similar ability. In our Babies and Toddlers Swim & Sing program, we can have up to 5 babies/toddlers (with carers in the water) in the lesson. In our Kids Learn to Swim program, we can have up to four children in the lesson.
